May News
May is the month we open our brand new permanent facility for classes! First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone who put in so much time and effort to help build the floor and make all this happen. It wouldn't have been possible without you, and I will always be thankful. Secondly, I would like to thank all En Garde Fencing club members, past and present, for helping to make this a reality. I'm proud of our little community of fencers, and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to spend time fencing with.

That's the day we begin our first classes in the new space. I can't wait to see you all there! Our new address will be: 917D Piner Rd., Santa Rosa CA 95403. I hope you like it as much as I do. Feel free to bring a few nibbles if you like, this is definitely a time to celebrate.
Tournaments in May
May is going to be a busy month for tournaments. Check out our upcoming tournaments page for all the latest on what's going on and where. We'll be hosting a Baycup tournament on May 16th, so if you'd like to see high-level fencing up close feel free to drop by and check it out. You might even see some of our own club members competing!
Also, be sure to take note of the date of our next In-Club tournament; Saturday, June 6th. This is another fun way to get together and put our skills and training to the test. Don't miss it!
Fun stuff
I also wanted to let everyone know that pictures of the floor construction were taken, and they will be posted sometime this month. Let's recognize the hard work of those who glued and painted and taped and just generally put it all together. "Thank you" doesn't even begin to say it!
