WARRIOR STRENGTH IS NOW IN-PERSON AND ON VIDEO!

Get ready to challenge strength, balance, and cardio in this fun combination of Zoom and in-person class!

A 60-minute workout made from two 30-minute formats: Cardio Countdown and Get Pumped! YOU choose how heavy to lift and how fast to go! Have any size dumbbells, kettlebells, sliders (paper plates or small cloths), and water ready!

Cardio Countdown emphasizes cardiovascular conditioning and maximum caloric expenditure in six heart-pumping stations!

In Get Pumped, we utilize equipment to work on mobility and strength to tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt muscles!
